Dr Aquesha Daniels

Dr. Aquesha Daniels received her B.S. in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She went on to work with the State of Alabama and the Courts. She later received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Florida Coastal School of Law where she earned Pro Bono Honors and Dean List’s designation. Professor Daniels is authorized to practice law in the State of Florida. She has practiced in the areas of Business, Immigration, and Family Law as well as their interrelationships. She currently consults in the area of Business Immigration Law working with international companies and individual foreign investors. Professor Daniels has taught a variety of courses and presented talks on the legalities of business, business ethics and its implications, as well as entrepreneurship. She is a member of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business, The Florida Bar and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Professor Daniels was raised in Auburn, Alabama (born in South Carolina) but has Kentucky roots as her mother hails from Paducah, Kentucky. Professor Daniels is married to her husband, Reggie, of seven years. They have two precious daughters whom they love dearly. As a newly discovered pesco-pollotarian, Professor Daniels enjoys exploring restaurants in every city she visits; she is a true foodie at heart. In her spare time, she likes traveling, blogging and interior design.
